By downloading or using FarmakoMed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use FarmakoMed
FarmakoMed is intended for personal use by individuals aged 16 or older.
2. What FarmakoMed is and is not
FarmakoMed is a personal health organisation tool — not a medical device.
3. Your responsibility for accurate information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into FarmakoMed.
4. Personal Plan
The Personal Plan is free to use.
5. Personal Plus and Family plans
Personal Plus and Family are optional paid upgrades.
6. Beta availability
FarmakoMed is currently available in beta before its full public release.
7. Account security
If you create an account for cloud features, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use FarmakoMed to store or transmit unlawful content.
9. Intellectual property
FarmakoMed, its name, logo, and original content are the intellectual property of FarmakoMed.
10. Service changes and termination
We may update, change, or discontinue features of FarmakoMed at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
FarmakoMed is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
